Shipping

We aim to ship you the freshest coffee available, and so orders received before 4pm will be packed and leave Hennessy Coffee Head Office the next business day. From there your order will be delivered to you safely by Hennessy Coffee, Australia Post or Courier.

Free Shipping for online orders over $70,00 (exclusions apply):

  • Offer only available on products in the Coffee & Tea Collections.

Freight Charges

We have flat rates for our postage. They are:

  • Up 500g $11.00 (including GST)
  • Up to 3kg $15.00 (including GST)
  • 3kg to 20kg $20.00 (including GST)

If something is missing from your order or you have not received it within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at info@hennessycoffee.com.au

Please note: these rates are subject to change without notice and depend upon the rates charged by Australia Post at the time of posting.

 

Returns Policy

As a valued customer of Hennessy Coffee, please be aware of the terms and conditions of our refund policy:

  • Hennessy Coffee will NOT provide product returns on any coffee making equipment including machines, grinders and brewing equipment.
  • Hennessy Coffee will offer store credits or exchanges on coffee accessories where: The product is faulty, or the product does not match the sample or online description.
  • A credit or exchange will only be offered if the goods are returned within one month of the purchase date, and the goods are in the original packaging.
  • You must retain your receipt as proof of purchase. You may also be asked to demonstrate that goods are faulty.
  • A credit will be offered at our discretion.
  • With your receipt: We will offer you an exchange voucher or credit on coffee accessories if the item is in its original packaging.
  • Without your receipt: Hennessy Coffee reserves the right not to offer an exchange or credit on coffee accessories without presentation of your receipt.
  • Hennessy Coffee reserves the right to assess the condition and age of the returned goods prior to offering a repair, exchange or credit. Based on these factors a repair, exchange or credit, maybe refused.
