Melon Mojito
INGREDIENTS:
- 50mL White Rum
- 40mL Summer Breeze Signature Mixer
- 4-6 Lime Wedges
- Mint Leaves, Passionfruit Pulp
- Lemonade or Soda
METHOD:
- Add Lime Wedges, Rum & Passion Punch Mixer to a highball and muddle limes.
- Add Ice and mint leaves and stir till combined
- Top with Soda or Lemonade, Crown with crushed ice
- Garnish with Passionfruit Pulp & Mint Tips
